Description: 816FA A fully-automatic horizontal winder to wrap products with a maximum width of 6″ and a minimum of 16″ in length. The winder will automatically start the film, wrap the product with stretch film for a predetermined amount of wraps, and cut the film. Wrap Cycle: Place the product tote onto the air powered lift. The air powered lift will dump the product out of the tote and onto the input roller conveyor. After straightening the product, push the Cycle Start button.The input conveyor will come on and convey the product into the Winder. The Winder ring will start applying the film to the front edge of the product and the conveyors will come on and convey the product through the Winder.The conveyors will stop and the Winder will apply the film to the tail end of the product. The winder will automatically cut the film as the output conveyors come back on to convey the product out of the Winder and onto the second output roller. The air powered pushers will push the product onto the output belt conveyor. End of cycle.
