Continuous Window Horizontal Winder Stretch Wrap System with Automatic Film Cutting.

Description:

A horizontal winder to automatically wrap windows with a maximum width of 56" and a minimum length of 36".  Selector switch operated variable speed wrapping winder ring with a 10"-12" Kalamazoo Constant Prestretch Film Delivery.  Air powered automatic film cutting device.  Selector switch operated variable speed belt conveyors with air operated window lift on the input end and air operated window lowering device on the output end.  Both ends of the machine have control consoles with Stop and Start buttons, the input console to have window load push button.  Machine to have a safety E-stop cable running the length of the machine.

This machine is available with different size winders to fit different size windows.  Please see horizontal type window wrappers (800 series) for details.

Wrap Cycle: 

Start the conveyors and then start loading windows onto the input window loading device, approximately one window every 15-20 seconds.  After the window is loaded onto the window loading conveyor, push the load button on the input control console.  After the window has exited the loading conveyor, the conveyor will automatically lower.  After the first window reaches the winder, stop the conveyors and attach the film to the first window.  Start the winder and restart the conveyors.  Continue to load the windows on the input conveyor.  Once the window is wrapped, the automatic film cutter will cut the film and the window will proceed to the output end and automatically be lowered to the working height.  remove the window and the lowering device will automatically reset.  At the end of the shift, shut off the winder, cut the film, unload the rest of the widows and turn off the conveyors.
